Afternoon all, I'm late today, and it's wet again. Up & out early for DGS football match- they lost so he wasn't happy! At least they weren't on a grass pitch, which I think DGD is tomorrow morning if it isnt called off. We called in at Morries on the way home as I haven't had a delivery this week.Dp1 sounds like a lovely breakWe collected pooch's tablets from the vets and gave her a dose so she wasn't too bad, but I think the heavy rain put some people off setting fireworks off.I'm expecting tonight to be louder, there are more displays hereabouts so she can have them earlier, & we can give her a 2nd dose after 6 hours if needed.Snoozer & Scarlet, it is nice. I learned things off my Gran ( my mum had no interest whatsoever in sewing or knitting
) I'm not too good at knitting but enjoy crochet, and DGD tried to learn both but got in a tangle! She is a bit messy when she cooks, DS2 has been trying to tell her to 'Clean as you go'
We got some picky bits for tea instead of getting a curry takeaway because DS1 was out for curry last night. Nice and easy anyway.Stay safe from floods, fireworks and all X:heartsmil 'A woman is like a teabag: You never know her strength until you drop her in hot water'. (Eleanor Roosevelt)8
