Audi service plan - Took payment but no sign of it

A few days back I brought a Audi service plan as they are currently 25% off.

Paid in full £386.85 on my debit card, authorised the payment via my HSBC app when asked on the Audi website but then the page just seemed to stop nothing happening for 5/10 minutes.

How payment has been fully taken from my card but not received any emails regarding the plan and when I check online my car is still showing no plan linked to it.

Emailed there customer service who have been useless saying no plan is there and Todo it again despite them already taken my money once!

    Has the money actually been taken or is it a pending payment that will drop off (after up to around 7 days)? If it has been taken and Audi won't acknowledge it then do a chargeback with your card issuer then buy the plan again once the money is back in your account.
