But you have to wait 15 days from debit date with Visa & 30 days with Mastercard before starting the process.
But as they have now stated 4 to 6 weeks. The 120 days would run from that date.
All depends if Op wants to wait or not.

for me it would start from the 4 to 6 days they quoted on the website not the four to six weeks they subsequently quoted.0

In effect you can do it from the minimum timescale. But if retailer can prove they stated a longer timeframe, which it seems they can. It's a easy rejection for them.
