The number I had no longer put me thru , I get a foreign call centre and they don’t understand my issue 

does anyone have a number or email please

    Try ComplaintResolution@edfenergy.com but that might only work if you have a complaint open.

    Care to share more about the specific reason you need to contact that team?

    @MeteredOut   You can go straight to ComplaintResolution - you don't need an open complaint.

    Certainly don't bother with Customer Service.
    Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill

    I have to call them for my meter readings , as customer service just put them in the wrong way … every time !!!!

    I also need to speak to them regarding my meter change …
