Does anyone have contact details for complaining to Nespresso about their dire customer service? Their phone line keeps bouncing me out and their chat agents tell me to use the phone line ! Any help would be. much appreciated. Thanks

They do answer comments on their Facebook and Twitter pages. But they're not remotely interested in criticism or customer service .0

Only regulated sectors are required to have a complaints procedure.
So what is the issue with your device?
As you might be better going back to where you bought it from depending on how long ago it was purchased.Life in the slow lane0 -
Thanks both for your help. I sent my machine for a repair (with upfront payment as it's out of warranty) and they sent it back worse than when it went to them. Took ages to contact them in the first place and now I can't get hold of them at all. Agree, Carly, they are just not interested.0
