Windows 11 cannot find my .PST file

I am getting an error message when I try to run Outlook 2016 - "Windows cannot find <my.name> .pst
Any suggestions for a fix ?
I tried Windows restore with no effect on Outlook
If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.

Try going to This PC and searching for *.pst so that you are searching more than just the C: drive and also for any named file of that type.
Check your recycle bin as well in case you have deleted it.
Also:
Type control panel into the W11 task bar search and open the app, then open the Mail icon. From there select Data Files and you should be able to see where Windows believes the file should be. You can manually check that it is there or if it has been corrupted or deleted.
If it is not there, have you got a backup of your system?1 -
