That temperature controller is a nifty gadget and probably useful for other things as well. I wasn't aware they even existed!
I make yogurt using the yogurt setting on an Instant Pot, which has additional functions including slow cooking, and it's come out beautifully every time - the disadvantage is that I make too much, but I can hardly blame the equipment for that.
I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)
