The guarantee is exactly what it says, a guarantee. You are just getting confused with the amount it's guaranteeing you will pay! It guarantees the 30p not the 16. It's doing it correctly, you just havent understood or read properly.
In the app, all emails are shown. There is no way it's in the app but not sent on email. You must have missed it or have an incorrect email set up
Tbh , octopus are the best company out there, so efficient and yes I've been to all the others.
If you want to move that's your perogative but a shame to do that because you didn't take responsibility for your own account or understand the rules. You will be in an even worse state with one of the others who don't have good customer service and who don't care!
