London Mint Office payment request by text?

One thing I know is, text messages are not safe, they can be spoofed...

but I'm getting these text messages and I'm thinking they may be scams but at the same time, I do buy from this company, however I have an online account and no outstanding invoices are there. There's a chance I might have ordered a free coin from one of their mail-outs, but I don't remember clearly. I've emailed them and asked them to confirm it but they are being pretty vague about it.
They say that there might be 2 accounts connected to my address but they are not really confirming it. I asked them to send me an invoice if I owe them money and I said if they are sending texts, it's not appropriate as that is a common vector for scams. I said I need a reliable and official request for payment from them, then they said they would have sent an invoice with the order. well I usually chuck away all the paper when i receive an order from them so if there was an order that wasn't tied to my online account, I might have thrown away an invoice if there was one. I don't recall though and I'm asking them for an invoice now.
Should I be concerned? these text messages seem to be threatening me with additional charges. I don't want them to start bullying me, I've asked them for a safe and reliable way to pay them but so far they seem reluctant to do so.

You're handling it the right way by contacting them directly via other means.  DO NOT reply to any of the texts or click on any of the links in them.  If they are dodgy (and I suspect they are) then you may be taken to a site that looks just like the proper site, but isn't.

If they have your email address and postal address, just block the number to stop the texts.  If they genuinely need anything from you they have other ways of getting in touch.

Keep the e-mail communications then you have evidence that they have not confirmed that you owe them anything if there is any further actions attempted by them.
