Housing Benefit Full case review query

Hello
We have just got a letter from the HB Dept for a Full Case Review, he will be of SP age early next year.
My partner has been on HB since 1999 since his Mum passed away with no issues
He has just claimed PIP and been awarded that low on both
My query is it states you basically have to do the review in one session, so I want to gather all the info together now.
It states about bank statements, are screenshots from your online account ok as we only get paper ones every 3 months or so?
Just so I know rather than thinking I can and having to abort
Thanks

Can you not download the previous statements as PDF files? Most online accounts have that facility, and even let you download a PDF of all transactions since the last statement.1

To be honest I've not looked into the bank online about PDFs , I was going to screen shot them ....so I shall have a look
I will log in later and see
I assume they would accept the PDF's online then please?

I assume they are acceptable as proof .....as I said it says on the letter you have to do it one go and can not save the information....but submit it once you have started it

I would be amazed if it's not, many people never get paper statements, been at least 10 years since I had one.Spicedpumpkin said:I had a look thanks, and I can download PDFs from the bank

Many thanks. I will save as PDFs and see when I fill in the form online. I won't know until I start it that's the problem, For some reason it states you basically have to submit it one go ( you can not do it in parts) and not able to go back to it. Thanks for the infoHillStreetBlues said:

I've never had a problem sending the DWP anything in PDF format. As said lots of things are done online these days and downloaded PDFs are legaliy accepted as being 'original documents'. (As long as they haven't been tampered with).1

Many thanks. I did the form over the weekend and did them as PDF's . I just have to wait until they look at the review and get back to me.Newcad said:I've never had a problem sending the DWP anything in PDF format. As said lots of things are done online these days and downloaded PDFs are legaliy accepted as being 'original documents'.
