Hi I was told to post here by a friend for help/advice
I received ONLY this letter on the 27/10/2023
I haven’t received any previous communications or any letters up to this point
They are uncommunicative and do not respond to any email or phone calls
i live in a HMO and I’m at work nearly every day of the week so it’s very hard to secure my property
im at a loss that they can do this with no previous communication or anything
what are my next steps to prevent it escalating/getting it dismissed

Definitely. The website address gets you a 'Can"t open page, server not found'. The website was working and the phone number still works , they just hang up when, they answered the first time and told me to email but yeahUmkomaas said:

have SAR’d them and the parking company1 -
Lots of reports online about this outfit being fraudulent when doing a search against the telephone number provided. Parkmaven look to be genuine enough but this mob are using their name along with the crest/logo of the High Court Enforcement Officers Association to create an air of legitimacy.2

Well that website is not working for me either says server not found.Also if RC46R393SUH6 is supposed to be the Enforcement Agents reference number it does not exist either.You can do further checks here:

The website domain name was created on 2nd October. Almost certainly a scam and should be reported2
