We already knew NCP were their client.  

Ignore it, of course (no worries if they try a small claim!) but why not send it to DL and ask what they are doing to protect the mental health of their customers facing this level of intimidation and court claims across the country. That's how to drive away customers for good and it is why the Government is clamping down and has just declared the private parking industry as in 'market failure'.

Why are DL even using a BPA or IPC member at all? They don't need a parking firm exploiting their guests.

Thanks @Coupon-mad, I’m trying to prepare a template defence anyway as I’ve had the letter of claim from dcb legal and they haven’t backed down, I’ve got 3 weeks to pay apparently.  isn’t there a loophole if you are a genuine customer? Am searching the forum for templates…
