"Claim Form" from DCB for breach of terms

My mother recently received a Claim Form from DCB, acting on behalf of UK PARKING CONTROL. Following the guide provided in this forum, I am taking steps to contest this claim.
She holds a blue badge and it appears she was fined for not parking within the designated lines. Notably, she parked in a standard spot, not a disabled one, in a retail park while she was shopping. The claim doesn’t provide clear details on why the fine was issued, stating only that the vehicle was charged due to a breach of terms.
I have completed the "acknowledge service" step and am now preparing her defense. However, I have concerns regarding the hearing, given her limited English proficiency.
The part of the guide that particularly concerns me states:
Ensure you have a thorough understanding of your arguments, and are able to articulate them effectively on the day.
I don't know if she can argue her case effectively in the court.
I would greatly appreciate any advice or insights you may have regarding this situation.

There won't be a hearing, because they'll discontinue as per the thread by @Umkomaas.
Defence not defense (no such word in the UK).
What's the date of issue of the claim?
What date does MCOL show she did the AOS?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

If it does come to a court case your mother will have to attend, but you can do all the talking on her behalf as a Lay Representative. The Lay Representatives (Right of Audience) Order 1999 explains this. It is only a couple of paragraphs.

The claim date is 23 OCT 2023AOS date is 31 OCT 2023With a Claim Issue Date of 23rd October, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 27th November 2023 to file a Defence.
That's over three weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence but please don't leave it to the last minute.
To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.
Whilst of course it is fine for you to help your mother, it is important that everything is done in her name.2 -
This most likely will not even drag on until a discontinuation. As it is a DCB Legal filed claim, the CEL v Chan judgment should see this thrown out at allocation stage.2

Hello everyone
Yesterday was the deadline for the witness statement exchange, but I haven’t received anything from the claimant yet. What should I do now? Thanks in advance.
