Amazon Prime problem

I've used Amazon Prime for years with no problem until today. Ordered a pair of wellington boots , description included prime but the payment screen said prime not available on this item.  Checked that my membership is still current and tried a different seller  showing prime. Same result - prime not available 

Test ordered a totally different item and got prime next day delivery..

No way of querying this on Amazons automated website and can't find a phone number

Why not include a link to the product so we can check it out ourselves?

 You can have online chats with real people via your account page, you can also request a phone call

Perhaps they may have just not updated the product details? I feel like it is always changing I went to buy something the other day and it had no option for prime, looked back again today and prime was available. Makes no sense.

As above one size or colour available with prime the rest will be shipped direct from the seller?

Had a similar thing in the past, selected something to purchase and then on the delivery/payment page it was
3 weeks delivery. Went back and found a single item available with prime the rest was delivered direct.

Not sure if the prime item can be sold out and still show prime?

Ordered three polo shirts on Amazon, different colours but same supplier.
One arrived via Evri, another arrived by Royal Mail signed for two days later, the third was Royal Mail just push through the letter box the following day.
