and the sub-heading 'conclusion'

and the exhibits attached to the above paras.

Thanks, will be making the updates first thing in the morning, then will likely send straight to the local county court email and ParkingEye email addresses, given the time pressure.

Thanks, have now submitted it. Am I supposed to receive an auto email response from my local county court to acknowledge receipt of the email? I cc:ed myself on the email to help with the email trail.

it depends on the court but normally
which court?, as some you are now unable to ring directly, if you can ring it directly give them a call later to check

I have just received a letter from the court stating that ParkingEye have not paid the hearing fee or applied for a fee remission. The claim stands struck out.

The trial has been vacated. Good news, is this final? Can I expect that this claim will not be resurrected?

I'm cautiously optimistic. I will say yay!

But hold onto all paperwork well into Spring 2025 to be sure ParkingEye won't get this reversed by saying that they did pay.  We've seen that before (court error).
