Good morning 

Could anyone please give me some simple instructions on how I can exclude postage to Northern Ireland on my eBay listings?

You can't.

Royal mail don't charge extra for NI delivery so you can just use them instead. 

I add a few quid to all my listings to cover NI, Highlands/Islands etc and account for the buyers location if they make an offer.

You most certainly can exclude Northern Ireland from your listings, along with several other parts of the UK that couriers charge an additional fee for.

I excluded NI when too many parcels were lost in the Irish Sea.

You need to adjust your postage preferences, under "Account Settings". There's a section that allows you to exclude domestic and international postage locations. You just tick the ones you want to exclude, then save it.

You may be able to get to the relevant part via this:
 
www.ebay.co.uk/ship/prf/excludeRegions

There's usually a box at the bottom of that screen to tick to say that you want to apply it to current listings. I think that you can also change it via a bulk edit if your listings (but this won't change it for new listings) or on a case-by-case basis on each listing.

For information.  DHL like the RM also treat Northern Ireland like the rest of the UK for prices.  All other couriers you would be cheaper sending to Timbuktoo
