SHARED MAINS COLD WATER INSURANCE

Does anyone know any good competative insurance companys that do shared main cold water insurance (burst pipe - blocked pipe etc etc)
just found out we have a shared supply from neughbour (dont know why and asking yorkshire water for reason)
ironically their insurance policy does not cover shared supplies so guessing any comparison site will be the same
thanks for any help
