Capita Data Breach

Some personal pension data was 'exfiltrated' as a result of a cyber incident. Now I've come across 'no win no fee' websites saying I'm entitled to compensation. Has anybody else had experience of this - do our consumer rights extend to compensate to cyber breaches? If so which 'offers to help' are safe?

Probably safe to assume none of them are.   It seems to me that many of these outfits take large commissions in the unlikely even you "win", if you withdraw you may be liable for costs and I've always suspected they themselves are simply data-harvesting!
