Hi, I have read NEWBIES section but still a little unsure. I am dealing with this on behalf of my elderly parents both in their Eighties. The car was parked at a hotel for an event and unknown to them they had to register the registration number. They walked round to the garden rather than go through the hotel entrance. They have received a ticket dated 29 days after the "offence" of not putting in the car details. The hotel are of no help whatsoever. I have read that the NTK has to be within 14 days. Does the fact that it was dated 29 days later give major grounds for the appeal? Thanking you in advance
