Agree, it just opens up the mind to more food options that you considered off limits before due to smell of oil, time etc.

CNN did a documentary on air fryers. They cooked the food then  sent it to labs for testing. Air fryers produce high levels of acrylamide, so I wouldn't buy one.

Give up all fried foods , roast potatoes and even instant coffee and cereals if you are that concerned

There is no definite link between acrylamide and cancer

Acrylamide is a naturally occurring substance when food is cooked
