PCM FINE APPEAL REJECTED THEY HAVE NOW ASKED ME TO APPEAL TO IAS

Hi everyone, new here. I HAVE read through the newbie thread but there’s a lot of info so apologies if I am repeating anything.
PCM have issued a ticket for parking outside of a designated boundary which is very unclear and they don’t even have clear bays or boundary lines on the floor. I still maintain the cat was within the boundary. Appealed, confirmed I was the driver (yes very stupid I now realise) they rejected the appeal and referred me to IAS. I haven’t gone to the IAS as I know they’re a bunch of cowboys. Unsure on what to do next? The boundary is very unclear and I should mention that they have incorrectly issued about 8 tickets to my colleagues previously which they admitted were incorrect. No permits are given to us either, photo evidence has been sent to me. Please help! Am I ignoring them? If a NTK arrives what do I do? Thank you so much in advance

Thanks both, I appealed because their boundary is unclear and originally they had given me a ticket for 'not displaying a permit' which they do not provide us... my employer has referred it back to me unfortunately. Will go and check out post 4 on NEWIE thread again!0

You need to be taking photos of the poorly marked bays as they may be very useful evidence should the case go to court. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Hi all,
I am now receiving letters and emails from the debt recovery agency, TRACE. No LBC yet, is there still a chance they will drop this? It's a private land car park but we had an 'area' to park in which isn't clearly defined and they have given me a ticket...I made the error of confirming I was the driver when I first appealed.0 -
Who's car park is this?
You say "we have an area to park in" please explain, is this a residential car park and if so what rights do you have to use it?
Is it a communal parking area on a first come first get basis?
Who appointed the parking company? From the Plain Language Commission:
