DullGreyGuy said:Saw a squirrel running along our balcony with 90% of an apple in its mouth, no idea where it picked up from. Bit smaller than a cricket ball but not much. Eventually took a leap and scarpered off into the thicket of trees behind ours.
Can't say seen foxes take fruit but have seen them with their head in a crisp packet kindly left behind by some random people picnicking in the thicket.https://youtu.be/bX2oXfynDJk?si=RSbauG9-NozTi_7x
I'm not an early bird or a night owl; I’m some form of permanently exhausted pigeon.0 -
Wow! He must have bought his friends perhaps a few visits.
I was reluctant to stop his progress on his route as I'm usually bypassed but now, perhaps not.
The weird part time neighbour is still not off the hookI can rise and shine - just not at the same time!
viral kindness .....kindness is contageous pass it on

Thing is... if someone walked up to me filming and chuckling while I was eating an apple, I might have a very similar expression/reaction to the squirrelI'm not an early bird or a night owl; I’m some form of permanently exhausted pigeon.0

My cat once brought a pear home - I found it in his bed in the morning, completely unblemished / bruise free - remarkable since he would have had to bring it in through the kitchen fanlight window. (But I don't think he also picked it from the tree!)5

Thats funny Kittenchops
As is the name you have.
Thinking that through a cat has determinedly visited my catproofed garden and it was a scrabbling noise I heard but I can't see one bothering 3 times and from the tree.
I was lucky enough that a new neighbour gave me a bag of very small ones when she heard.
Not the same though.I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!

Cats are funny like that sometimes mine is more likely to bring home pizza (or brioche, or toast) than anything aliveI'm not an early bird or a night owl; I’m some form of permanently exhausted pigeon.3

Tidying the patio last week, I found a satsuma! Pristine like it had just come out of a fruit bowl, no teeth marks or dirt.Logically, it had been chucked over the wall by my neighbours, but they are a quiet couple with no young children so it just seems odd.ArbitraryRandom - I had a Maine Coon who was a scavenger - he used to bring home burger buns etc and once a polystyrene box of chips."Cheap", "Fast", "Right" -- pick two.1
