Probate status

I've been waiting over a year to have a will probated. They kept saying I had not filled in correct paperwork so I redid it all and the last 6 months they kept asking for the legal declaration so I sent that 4 times. Finally got to talk to someone 2 weeks ago and found out they where waiting on the legal declaration from the witness to the signing of the will. Cut story short my application now says sent yet when I went into it, it still says waiting for more information so I still don't know what's happening. Anyone have any ideas
