ok with a sole agent but just not getting the viewings (i dont think its advertised in the right places)(best places anyone?) im going to have to wait a month before i can go with another agent. Theyll be pretty strict with doing that wont they. I could go to another agent & get their thoughts on how to bypass this

we are changing sole agents (see my rant below about how naff our estate agents are), we have a 14 day notice period which i have written to inform them that we intend to quit their services and go with a new agent
the new agent has stated it is not in their interests to keep us on as customers (unless they can miracle a buyer in 2 weeks which i doubt) and normally they let you off the hook BUT this doesnt happen every time
all you can do is inform them by writing and state the reasons for your unhappiness at their service and say you are chaning agents so can they let you leave early
good luckSee the stars they’re shining brightEverything’s alright tonight0 -
I don't make a habit of defending EA's but it might be a good idea to talk to them before jumping ship to see if you can find out why you aren't getting any viewings. How long has the house been on the market ? Things can take a little longer than previously.
Have you overpriced it?
If they really aren't doing a good job then give them written notice that you are going to move to another one. Most will accept 14 days but check your contract first !!0
