When the timer tells it to fire up is it trying to start? if not it might be the timer not sending it a signal to start.
No it doesn't try to start. OK

Email Worcester - tell them it's working fine, except it 'trips' on timed power up, and requires a reset - and then works fine again.
What are the typical issues that cause it to require 'reset' when it's timed to come on.
Mostly they will  tell to contact certified service engineer!

Output on timer was my first thought as well

Don't know these boilers but the timer will send a signal to pcb which will tell the boiler to turn on if the temp is below set point

So I would be checking the timer output with a meter and also checking the pcb outputs to see if it is giving a signal out to tell the burners to fire

Also I would be checking the thermostat to see if this is working too

Does your boiler heat your hot water tank from the timer or is this an issue to? If yes then the common part is the timer and that would be my first point of call

Is the timer a 240v in and 240v out or is it a low voltage switch?

...But if I press reset button on the boiler Dark Red box in the  bottom  then  boiler is back working until it turns Off...
Oil-fired boilers have a lock-out to stop them working if a fault is detected.  Not clear what you are pressing is the lock-out reset, but it sounds like it is.

Resetting it once (or twice) is usually Ok, but if the boiler continues to 'lock-out' then it is telling you there is a fault which needs attention from someone who knows what they are doing and is qualified to carry out any repairs needed.

Continuing to press the reset button risks causing further damage to the boiler.  Or setting fire to your house.

If it is the lock-out then I don't think it will be a timer-related issue.  The boiler is detecting a fault - which could possibly be occuring as the boiler cools down at the end of a timed heating period - and goes into lock-out mode.  Whatever the heating/HW timer does after that will make no observable difference to the boiler - other than possibly illuminating a 'call' light if the boiler is fitted with one.

Some people will be confident to do servicing/repairs on their oil-fired boiler.  But I'd strongly advise you don't attempt to do this yourself and get a service engineer to visit instead.  Safely servicing oil/gas heating appliances isn't something you can learn from YouTube videos and guesses from friendly people on internet forums.  Get it wrong and you could literally burn your house down with you and your family inside (and yes, I noted the boiler is an external one).

The lock out/re-set red button on my ex boss,s used to come on when the boiler was called to start ,went thru the start up motion BUT failed to light/fire up , this was normally caused by either no fuel in the feed pipe ,lack of pressure due to pump trouble or an ignition fault ,the way to find out was remove the burner unit from the boiler and turn it round ,call for it to fire and observe.
Did fuel come out of the jet?  might be blocked
did the igniters get a good spark ,might need new ones or cleaning
is the magic eye clean? clean it.

I raise this issue 2 months ago, after sometime it started working as designed.

Now it is back to problem again. its locking out with RDB showing RED lock out sign. But when I switch OFF and ON followed by pressing RDB reset button, it starts working again.

I checked the photocell, unlike the photocell  in the video the one I have got sleeve till end! please see photo cell from video & one I have..? What am I missing here..?

Issue of my Oil Boiler was with the Capacitor. It replaced and all working as normal. This time i used a professional and may be next time I think I could do this easily myself. Thanks for all your inputs.
