It worked for me, won a 50p voucher!

I got rate limit as well so switched wifi on phone off to run it through mobile network instead and it worked.
Unsure why they're limiting some connections, maybe increased traffic due to it being shared here, so system is protecting itself.
Just switch connection if possible like I did or try again later.5 -

I think this is decided as soon as you start before you even spin the bottle. Look how it returns to exactly the same segment every time you spin
