what reasons are accepted to expedite with the LR and how long does it take
my son is buying and the sellers onward property needs a deed of release for Solar panels everything else is ready to go
my sons mortgage runs out early jan but he is on a rent to buy scheme with his present rental that will only allow a month or so leeway once his AST ends shortly and then he has to sign up for another six months to keep his very very cheap rent ( it’s part of the scheme so he can’t go on to a rolling contract )

His seller's sellers can ask for the Deed of Release to be expedited as they have a dependant sale. I believe the LR could deal with this in a few days a) once they receive the request to expedite and b) assuming the application is in order.0

When we expedited a lease extension registration as selling the flat, it was done within 14 days0
