Have British Gas not changed their clocks (Peak Save Sunday)??

BG Peak Save Sunday is supposed to tun from 11am to 4pm.  Just has a text from them (at 3.07pm) to say Todays Peak Save has finished.  Wouldn't surprise me if that incompetent bunch had forgotten about the clocks changing this weekend 😅

There seems to have been issues with other Smart British Gas tariffs across different meter types in the past iirc.

There were some posts circa GMT to BST regarding one of their other - a smart EV tariff with 5 hours off peak - whether they really stayed 12-5.

I cannot remember the datails - and even if those were meter register fixed TOU based or 1/2 hourly slot billing based.

So I'd perhaps ignore it once - but if happends again next week  call, email, .....

The British Gas website says their meters stay on GMT and do not change to BST! I’ve tried an online chat, but after over an hour, and after 3 “advisors” logged out of my chat, I’ve given up trying to get an answer from them. My usage on the British Gas website clearly my readings as an hour out, as it shows my usage ramped up at 10am, when I actually started using my appliances at 11am.

That is correct with all meters.    Although some of the modern ones will display BST, they still use GMT for TOU.

It's fairly well known by those with TOU tariffs but less so with single-rate tariffs.

If they switched GMT/BST then Economy 7 would have one day with only 6 hours, one day with 8.
