No purchase necessary. Prize draw open to anyone in the UK age 18 years or over excluding employees of Porthleven Holiday Cottages, Leven Media Group, and their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion. One entry per household.

The prize is non-transferrable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative available. Winners must be willing to provide their name and country of residence for publicity if required. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners will be drawn at random after 27th November. The winners will be notified by email within 14 days after the draw closes. Subject to availability.

The prize is for a maximum of 2 people in The Artist Loft Ensuite rooms which is managed by Porthleven Holiday Cottages. The prize does not include dates in July and August. The accommodation must be taken by 31st December 2024 and is subject to availability. The prize is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Travel costs are not included and winners will need to make their own way to Porthleven. Once a date has been agreed, this cannot be changed or moved to another date. The usual terms and conditions of staying in a Porthleven Holiday Cottages property are applied and will be supplied to the winner once a date is set. If, due to circumstances beyond their control, the promoter is unable to provide the stated prize, it reserves the right to award a substitute prize of equal value.
