hi, has anyone else seen or heard about this
Have you noticed how almost every week there's yet another news story about how the Government wants to take even more of your money?
Take the last two weeks for example. Good ole Gordon is planning to seize money from bank accounts that have been dormant for three years or more and he stands to grab £15 billion of your money if he succeeds.
its not as though the banks don't try and take it in the first place, but now the chancellor aswell !!!!!!

Treat everyday as your last one on earth! and one day you will be right.

I didn't know about that, Gordon Brown wanting to seize the cash from dormant bank accounts etc. First the lottery fund money etc now dormant bank account money, geez. I know I have a dormant bank account from when I was a kid but there was next to nothing in it. Best for everyone to rack their brains and make sure that they recoup any money they have sitting languishing in bank accounts.

Greedy_budda,
I've moved this to the Current Account section as you will probably get a better discussion in there than the arms.
