Just a few ideas to try and gather more evidence...Are there any clues on the parcel label (e.g. weight)?Was there a despatch note in the parcel?Is there any sign of the bag being opened and resealed (e.g. uneven edge, tape, or even a heat seal)?

No dispatch note. Weight label says 0.7kg (so possibly about right for a phone and watch.... But is that an label that's generated automatically, ie that's what they've paid for or what it actually weighed?
Parcel looks fine, someone did say there should be an internal bag, but can't confirm if that's a CPW process. 🤷♂️
