Still waiting for a court date! The court system seems super slow right now, I selected my local county court did the form and haven’t heard in ages. I do have an update on the other case which I will post on there separately as I have a question.

Oh and also, I received a letter from the court for this case saying they misplaced my defence so asked me to post it to them which I did (Around 3-4 months ago).

Hey guys, got a court date in November for this case finally. Will start prepping a WS over the next coming months and posting here for review which would be greatly appreciated.

In addition to this, I've received a letter from DCB "Without prejudice save as to costs" this was to reduce the costs from £387.80 to £100 to resolve the matter which I've decided not to pay as these crooks deserve nothing.

DCB Legal will discontinue next month. Show us the NoD please, when they email it.

Hey, I haven’t had a NoD yet from DCB but I’m not sure how they would have my email address too as I’ve not provided it yet. The deadline to pay court fee is tomorrow so I will be ringing the court the following day to check if they paid.

Just rang the court, they haven’t got an update in the system that the court fee has been paid.. 
They suggested that I send an email to the court for a more accurate update as it is likely courts admin is slow if its been paid it hasn’t gone into the system yet as it depends on admin and workload apparently?

Deadline was yesterday at 4PM .. I guess I need to look out of a Notice of discontinuation letter probably as DCB probably don’t have my email to send it via email..

Why not email DCB Legal and say you understand from the court that they have not paid the hearing fee so please send a Notice of Discontinuance to close the case.

DCB haven’t replied to my email but court said today that they haven’t paid the court fee on time and DCB  sent an email to the court with a notice of discontinuance. Its over i guess!

Have you got an email from the court saying that?

@Umkomaas needs to see that or the NoD from DCB Legal. Not in your junk email folder is it?
