Long story short, I've appealed to POPLA, and I now have 7 days to respond to them, but if anyone's near I wonder if they could help me? If so please DM and I'll explain why...
Thanks - Michael

You can't add more evidence at Comments stage and you don't need someone local because you just ignore it if you lose at POPLA.
No rush and no need for secrecy or pm's.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

@Coupon-mad - Cool, thanks for the info and yeah understood, I did ask Popla and they said I could email with supporting evidence as long as it's not a new argument. Basically I think the operator might have provided false / out of date evidence in their comments to POPLA in an attempt to sway their decision so if this is the case, I'd just like some proof and confirmation then I can go for them! Unfortunately I'm about 75 mins drive away or else I'd be over to investigate!

Maybe Google Maps Street view can help; here is a link to it.1
