Hi all, Please I need help (apologises if this is a repeat response but wanted to just confirm few things I have read on the forum. Background... I got a parking fine last August for not paying for parking. I appealed 13th of August stating I put money in the meter and do not understand why I got the ticket with evidence.…

You realise you MUST ACT PROMPTLY to put in your N244 application? The Judge will look at how long it took from when you discovered the CCJ.

So what are my chances of getting it set aside by a judge? I noticed the CCJ 2 months ago. Or can I just offered parking eye the full money to set it aside plus the £277? I do not want a Satisfied CCJ but have it removed

I thought you'd already asked for consent and they refused? Therefore CCJ set aside application is your only way forward.
