Cifas Marker

On June 2023. I had a Cifas marker “ Abuse of facility” put on my name as I was involved in a job scam. My NatWest account was closed but I have 2 more current accounts that are still active with a few more Credit cards that are still working no problem. Is there a risk of all of my accounts being closed?
After 6 years will the Marker be removed 100%. I have reached out to the FOS but they couldn’t helped as I didn’t have sufficient evidence, as it the scam took place on WhatsApp. There outcome was taking the side of the bank that initially put the marker on me. I am current speaking to WhatsApp to see how I can get the messages they deleted back to prove my innocence.
if my accounts do get closed, what bank accounts can I open?

It would be prudent to anticipate all accounts being closed, although there's not a huge amount you can actually do, as banks won't touch you if you've been involved in a fraud. I don't get how WhatsApp messages can prove innocence (even if you feel that there may be some sort of mitigating circumstances), but if they did then you'd need to appeal to NatWest, as FOS will only be assessing whether the bank's acted fairly, so if NatWest hasn't seen any evidence proving innocence then it's unsurprising that FOS would back them.0
