Can PCM win this in court?

I was issued 2 PCN on different cars within days on a private land by PCM. The PCN only states the area code DA8 and photos of the cars parked, there was no mention of road name or how long the cars were parked for. I have written through their appeal link to request for these details but on the first occasion they ignored and raised the amount to £100 and after writing a second time, they sent sent a copy of the PCN and gave another14 days to pay the reduced amount of £60, that was dated Oct 17.
I have called to get the email toake a SAR as read om the forum but not really sure how to go about it, What do I do? Do I just pay the £60 in 2 places or do I stand a chance?

Almost everyone who has this forum's support has every chance of beating a private parking firm, anywhere along the spectrum from initial parking charge notice, right through to winning in court. Some of the 'failings' in PCM's correspondence will help, but you will need to prepare for a longer haul to deal with this successfully. I wouldn't waste any more time corresponding with PCM, or any second stage appeal to the IAS. Come back on this thread should you receive a formal 'Letter of Claim' from solicitors representing PCM, or a county court claim form via the Northampton CNBC.
Please take some time now to read through the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, which will more fully explain the stages of how a private parking charge can be handled.Have you complained to the landowner and asked them to intervene to get this cancelled - Plan A?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Do NOT send a SAR. I've removed that from the NEWBIES thread advice.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
