Parking notice

Please could I have some advice. I arrived at the car park at 5pm and drove off after 10 mins. I realised I’d forgotten something so returned and drove back in the car park at 5:15pm and left at 5:30pm.

All in all I was there from 5pm to 5:30pm (30 minutes), but I returned within one hour.

Will I get a fine?

Thank you

You definitely will not get a fine. That is 100% certain.
  • Thank you. I’m worried because I returned within one hour and that will trigger a fine on their automated system. I’ve tried calling but couldn’t get through.

You might get a speculative invoice because SIP are just unregulated chancers not an authority and they cannot issue fines as KeithP has informed you, but probably not, if you do come back here and you'll get help, absolutely no thoughts of paying it if you do though.

No paying.  But it's not a fine.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
