8.     The Promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over (excluding employees and their families of the promotion partner), and who are based in the UK at the time of entry.

11.  Stay is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes the Christmas holiday period, Valentine’s day/weekend, Easter weekend and all other bank holiday weekends in the UK.

12.  You will be staying in a 4* hotel, sharing a family room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.

13.  Private Pizza Express pizza making party session is based on 2 adults and 2 children. Session lasts approximately 90 minutes. Experience includes tossing your own dough, choice of ingredients and fun games throughout before digging into your pizza followed by gelato. Pizza express location will depend on availability at Pizza Express London locations at time of travel.

14.  Upon receipt of the winners correct details, we will endeavour to transfer the e-voucher to the email address provided within 28 days but are not responsible for any delays. Pizza Express e-gift card will expire after 24 months. Customer should treat e-gift cards like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Customer will not be able to use this card after that date and any unused balance on the card will be lost. Card can be redeemed online and in store.

15.  All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.

16.  We will endeavour to transfer the prize money to your bank account within 28 days but are not responsible for any delays. You must provide all necessary details via the method directed within 14 days after the original request to do so otherwise the prize will be forfeited at our discretion.

17.  Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner. By way of example, without limitation, is not included within the prize.

18.  The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.

19.  We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.
