The Prize Package

• 6.1 There is 1x Prize Package available.
• 6.2 The Prize Package cannot be redeemed in the months of July and August, from 21st December – 4th January (Christmas and New Year), over UK public holidays, or over Easter Sunday.
• 6.3 The Prize Package consists of the following elements, for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old.
  • 6.3.1 Airfare:
    • 6.3.1.1 Return flights from London, UK to Lisbon, Portugal.
    • 6.3.1.2 Economy flights from major international airports in London (London Stansted, London Gatwick, London Heathrow or Luton) only (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) to Lisbon, Portugal.
    • 6.3.1.3 Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available.
    • 6.3.1.4 Flight itinerary will be selected by Prize Provider at their sole discretion.
  • 6.3.2 Transfers:
    • 6.3.2.1 Return airport transfers in Lisbon.
    • 6.3.2.2 Travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, to and from the winner or companion/s’ home and London departure airport do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion/s.
  • 6.3.3 Accommodation:
    • 6.3.3.1 3 nights’ 4* hotel accommodation in Lisbon.
    • 6.3.3.2 Accommodation is based on 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old sharing one quadruple occupancy room.
    • 6.3.3.3 Accommodation will be selected by the Prize Provider at their sole discretion.
    • 6.3.3.4 Accommodation for the recipients does not include any meals, incidentals, gratuities, or telephone calls. Any other personal expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the recipients.
  • 6.3.4 Entertainment & Personal Expenses
    • 6.3.4.1 Includes karaoke experience: 2 hours, includes private karaoke box.
    • 6.3.4.2 The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the Prize Package.
  • 6.3.5 Travel Insurance
    • 6.3.5.1 Includes travel insurance for the duration of the trip, exclusions apply.
    • 6.3.5.2 Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider.
    • 6.3.5.3 It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions are aged 70 or over.
• 6.4 The recipients must travel at the same time with the same itinerary.
• 6.5 At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over; Anyone under 18 will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel.
• 6.6 A valid credit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into accommodation.
• 6.7 All elements of the Prize Package are subject to availability; If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at Prize Provider’s discretion.
• 6.8 Winners must contact Prize Provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure.
• 6.9 All elements of the Prize Package must be taken at the same time.
• 6.10 Once booked, the Prize Package cannot be amended or cancelled.
• 6.11 Prize Package is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available.
• 6.12 All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months and less than 10 years old on date of travel.
• 6.13 Any necessary visas are the responsibility of the winner and guests.
• 6.14 Prize Package is valid for 12 months from the date of contact by the Prize Provider (by 30/11/2023), and all travel must be completed within that time (by 30/11/2024). The Promoter will accept no liability if the winner does not claim or complete their travel within the stated timeframe for any reason.
• 6.15 COVID-19
  • 6.15.1 Prize Package must be taken in accordance with government guidelines and COVID-19 rules and restrictions in place at the time of travel.
    6.15.2 The arrangement and additional costs for any COVID-19 related expenses that may be incurred are the sole responsibility of the winner and guests.
