  • Thank you so much, that was easy.  However no joy - I was told they dont see photos that the buyer sent me and I have to supply a postage label and once I get the item back i can then ask ebay to step in and they will then have a look at the case.  Not happy as you can imagine, but if I dont do anything they will close the case in the buyers favour.
    Always have 00.00 at the end of your mortgage and one day it will all be 0's :dance:

    Which was exactly what I feared - the usual ‘wrong’ promises from eBay CS. Send a label via eBay , there’s a good chance buyer won’t bother to return.

    Sounded so simple from that first phone call, however not the case.  Just glad you are here to help us all, especially me.  So am now hoping Buyer won't return item, as its more bother than its worth.

  • Well buyer took up the offer of the return postage, so need help on how I appeal this and do I refund before appealing the return.
