Thank you so much, that was easy. However no joy - I was told they dont see photos that the buyer sent me and I have to supply a postage label and once I get the item back i can then ask ebay to step in and they will then have a look at the case. Which was exactly what I feared - the usual ‘wrong’ promises from eBay CS.
