Three international settings

Very cheesed right now, on Three website it states:
Check roaming is turned on in your account
International roaming will be activated automatically on your account. You can double-check your roaming settings in your My3 account on your computer or on your phone:
- Go to your International Settings section in My3.
- Log in using your phone number and password.
- You'll find the information under the "Using your phone abroad" and "Using your internet abroad" sections.
I have logged in (both laptop and app) to double check and I cannot find of what number 3 is saying, now on live chat waiting for the 10 mins for an operator.
EDIT: Live chat is broke I think, been stuck on "Thanks. Hold tight. we're just checking avaliability." Been like this since 19:20, it is now 21:35.
