Hi
I'm not sure what I'm after or what I'm trying to ask!
Basically I am juggling loads of Admin, and I'm trying to keep organised (which is incredibly hard). At the moment I'm running with simple plastic wallets, colour co-ordinated and a manual word document whereby I log communications, letters received, telephone calls made/received and a brief summary so I can keep track of progress and what still needs doing etc. I have about a dozen long winded admin tasks to keep track of.
Is there any easier way of doing things?
Many thanks

Short answer - yes
Long answer - really depends on what you are trying to achieve. For example, you are logging telephone calls is this so you can remember to bill that person for your time? Is it to keep a record of the response to a specific question you had for them? Is it so you make sure you contact them every 3 months?
Depending on what your motivators/desired outcomes are there are a range of options out there.0 -
