UKPC & ZZPS Dept Collection Notice

Hello everyone looking for some help. 

I received a few letters from UKPC about a parking charge because I parked longer than permitted which is true but I have been ignoring. I now have just received a letter from ZZPS with a dept collection notice. 

Few years prior I got a parking charge from Euro car parks and I know they have no authority so I just ignored that and nothing happen but they never got a dept collection company to send a letter so this is slightly different. 

I stay in Scotland and I’m sure If I just ignore this it will go away but wanting to make sure any help is appreciated.

    On the letter it says progression to GCTT certified enforcement agents who will attempt to resolve this matter without court action and we would therefore encourage you to contact us today.

    Search the forum for:

    Scotland parking law 2024

    and change best match to 'newest'.  Saves us sooo much time and you'll learn lots more after reading the newest ten results because you need to be ready and more careful from next year.

    Okay thank you but I should be fine for this right ? I will just keep ignoring and if they take me to court fair well
