PlayStation store issues

I have a PS4 and am the family manager, my son was set up as a family member some years ago, when he got his own PS4 but was still under 18.

I recently installed Roblox on my PS4 (via the PS store on my PS4) but for some reason, this app does not show in his PS store.  PlayStation suggested he try to look for the app via the website.  When he goes on to the website, Roblox is there, but when he clicks on it, it says he can’t download it due to Age Restrictions.

We have checked all age restrictions under his user name on both his own PS4 and my PS4 (under parental controls) - all would appear to have “allowed” for everything, no restrictions in place.

Any ideas what else we can try please?
