The browser maker Vivaldi (good browser by the way) offer a free blog site if you register an account with them. https://blogs.vivaldi.net/

I tried it a while ago and it's a pared-back Wordpress interface you use to create your posts. Sort of cheap and cheerful but that's more than enough for many, and it's free.
