Hi there,
I can't access the parental portal that gives me access to my son's Pokemon Go account. I can't remember which email address I used to sign him up, I've tried all the family ones, but no one has had an email from them. I had access just a couple of months ago, and I'm an idiot for not writing it down somewhere I’d remember.

I just wondered if anyone had any dealings with Niantic. I've emailed them directly, but they can't help as it's a privacy issue. Can anyone please help?

Try to sign up again and see if the system recognises an account has already been made using that email address. If so you probably signed up with it.Otherwise it may just be a case of making a new account and using that one.0

OP, you've a couple of possibilities.
If you remember the device you signed up from then it may have stored the username (which is likely the email) and password. For example, if you used an Apple device, it's under settings>passwords
If you used a browser that you are signed into then the browser will have asked if you wanted to save the username and password. You'll find these in the browser setting menu.
Now would be a good time to install and use a password manager on your devices (eg bitwarden, Microsoft authenticator)0
