Thanks for the comments and just to clarify I won’t be opening anything myself. Also we have two magnet filters on the system, I think one for the rad and one for the water, but im not sure; I just know we have two.

We had all the rads cleaned and a flush in 2020, so I didn’t expect it needed another.

Interesting the WB eng stated on his notes that it wasn’t dirty water but chemicals, I’m unsure if that will cause an issue, or if a flush will change anything.

I’ve paid £200 to get WB out; but I’m also getting a cost for another flush, however, I don’t want to be paying for flush’s every two years. It appears to me that the boilers are not man enough and it needs changing.

I’m stuck really and they have me over a barrel, if I want to keep the warranty I have to do what they say; I bet when the next Eng comes he will write something else I have to do.
They don't have you over a barrel. You paid for a new boiler, used an approved contractor, and enabled a 12-year warranty.
They should have installed the boiler according to the manufacturer's requirements. Part of these requirements is to ensure the existing system is clean. There should be reference to this in the installation booklet. If you don't have this, then look it up on line. Find the relevant paragraphs, and highlight them.
Any subsequent issues caused by 'contaminants' in the system is - should be - their responsibility, certainly in such a short period. You are presumably paying for annual services?
They either didn't clean the system adequately - sounds like it - or they didn't protect the system at install. Either way, their responsibility.
They cannot blame your system. If it was dirty, they should have cleaned it. Really that simple imo.
Yes, a full power-flush is usually an 'extra', and this seemingly wasn't done at the beginning, but you have paid for one since then. Even this didn't work...
You are paying for everything that could be required, which they carry out, but it still isn't working. So why should you be responsible for their  seemingly-inadequate work? You shouldn't be.
The last guy now claims it ain't more 'sludge' but now excess chemicals?! Wow. Where did these chemicals come from?! Again, why should you be responsible for this?
