I received a parking fine in March last year. I got a letter before claim at the end of July this year so emailed SIP Parking a SAR request. I got nothing back. I've now got a claim form dates 20th October. Should I post a sar request? I can't seem to find an address for this on SIP's website

Do not chase the SAR just yet. Wait until after a Defence is filed. With a Claim Issue Date of 20th October, you have until Wednesday 8th November to file an Acknowledgment of Service but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it..To file an Acknowledgment of Service, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Wednesday 22nd November 2023 to file your Defence. That's four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service guidance.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.2 -
What were the circumstances of the parking event - retail park, residential, hospital etc.
Can you post the particulars of claim stated on the claim form - also is a solicitor involved on the claim form?2 -
Here are the particulars of the claim. It was just a side street car park so noone I could complain to to try get it cancelled.
Thanks for your help

No solicitors have been mentioned0

Just use the Template Defence.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
