    Surely the best are those you make at home with ingredients you prefer.  Whilst turkey is available all year round I'll be having mine Boxing Day onwards.

    Christmas starts in the 25th December remember.

    Lots of people enjoy festivities ahead of the 25th though! Maybe not in August, but for me the build up to Christmas starts on 1st December.

    I'm usually hot on having a Christmas sandwich as soon as they are in stores but I can't be bothered with them this time. The same old, same old. As someone else said boring and beige. 

    I haven't seen anything new just the same things as previous years.
