Can I cancel a Used vehicle Order If I haven't paid in full yet?

I put a deposit down for a used car just over 2 weeks ago at a local dealers. I have been leaving messages & emails but no response back. As they are apparently still prepping the car. 
Legally, am I able to cancel this order as I haven't collected it or paid in full yet ?
My gut is saying get out. I've tried to understand the Ts&Cs but not easy.

Assuming you didn't order remotely rather than at the dealer then your cancellation rights will be governed by the Ts & Cs you signed up to, so if you don't understand them then perhaps share them (or a link) on here....

Last time I got messed about I had not actuallly driven the car I paid the deposit on, I test drove the same make / model but not the actual car. The T&C's included a right to cancel up until you drove the vehicle, they were fine about cancelling and refunded in full.
